No doubt, exercise is good for you, but sometimes the easier way is the faster and better way: Consider a recent study that suggests diet my have as much as 10X more impact on weight gain (and loss) as exercise. How far would you have to walk to burn off the calories from that second cheeseburger? Wouldn’t it be easier to snack on fresh fruit than have ice cream and work the extra calories off with pushups and situps?
